Know Before You Go

Availability (Departures)

Azzurytt’s multi-day tours are available year round. All of them are subject to seasonal variations, black out dates and change without notice.

The tour shall be tailor made in order to best fit your own preferences. Even after customization it remains subject of road and weather conditions as well as other unpredictable events.

Eventual mentioned timings are informative only, being subject of weather and traffic conditions.

Planning with at leat 3 months in advance is strongly recommended.

What to Expect

We prefer to give you the freedom of choice while protecting your budget. This is why Azzurytt tariffs do not cover any:

• (online) visas,
• (private jet charter) international airfare,
• travel insurances (medical / storno / etc.),
• (private chauffeured) car rental services,
• (luxury / upscale) accommodation services,
• (traditional fine dining) full board meals,
• charges and local taxes,
• entry fees
• or tips.

Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible, prior to booking any travel to foreign destinations, for:

1. checking your government’s and the destinations countries governments’ travel advisories for up-to-date information and advice about your destination’s:
   • safety and security,
   • entry and health requirements,
   • local laws and customs

2. meeting all entry conditions to desired destination country as well as for having all travel documents in order including:

Passports & Visas

You must check with the appropriate embassy or consulate for up-to-date information on requirements even if you are just passing through a destination on the way to desired destination.

Travel Insurances

You must have your own appropriate insurances: travel / medical, storno (for trip cancellation), for luggage, etc. Travel insurances cover an agreed-upon set of circumstances as set forth in the insurance contract. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided to any insurance company is correct and not misleading. It is always a good idea to protect a carefully-planned trip with coverage for unforeseen events. The best travel insurances can soften their impact facilitating peace of mind before and during your trip.

How It Works

After payment receival of travel planning fee – which is non-refundable – booking / information links shall be provided.

Sightseeing contact details are visible on the map and their photo gallery appears when viewed in Google Maps.

We recommend downloading the WhatsApp application for immediate communication.

Your Guarantee

Tariffs mentioned in tour proposals are informative only (no bookings made) varying upon: tour length, number of guests, discounts and other custom preferences.
Azzurytt final tariffs are according to tailor made tours, including all taxes and fees (VAT 21%).
There are no hidden extra costs at all.

Booking a Tour

The advance notice needed for planning depends on departure date and itinerary’s flexibility.

For tours in high season, the more notice the better.
For a relaxed planning process, 6 months are ideal.
Last minute counseling on a set itinerary is possible depending on workload.

Reservations with at least 3 months in advance are strongly recommended to avoid disappointment.

Bookings shall be made directly by you following the provided links to recommended hotels / restaurants / sightseeing / other suppliers.
In case:

• you would prefer different proposals or
• the respective hotels have no more available rooms for your dates,

alternatives shall be provided on request.

Payments

Full travel planning fee is due after the third tour proposal.

Payments of services provided by recommended suppliers shall be done directly by you to respective suppliers according to their policies.

Mastercard and Visa are the most widely accepted cards across the globe. American Express cards are not benefiting of the same popularity. In remote areas, cash is strongly recommended.

Cancellations

Before making any bookings, you are solely responsible for checking and respecting:

• each suppliers online reviews, policy, cancellation and refund terms and
• the webpages about advice on how to prepare, how to come, waiting time, getting around, etc. not only the booking pages from provided informational links.
